 
How many drinks does each mix make?
Each 1-gallon Mix concentrate makes four to five gallons of frozen drinks.

We recommend the 12oz. cup. It allows some melting while drinking but keeps the slush consistency until finished.
Does Blender Splendor provide the cups and straws?
We can provide cups and straws in sleeves of 50 each. Please see Rental Packages under Fun Party Extras for pricing. We always recommend straws. Please note; Blender Splendor is not responsible for loud slurping that may disrupt the party!
When will the machine be delivered?
In most cases, we try to have the machine set-up and running at least two hours prior to the start time of your gathering. This gives the machine more than ample time to freeze the drink mixture. It also gives the host ample time to try the drink before the guests arrive.
Can the machines operate outside?
Absolutely! Electricity is a must. The machines will freeze best if they are in the shade but can operate in the sun in moderate temperatures. If it should rain during your event, make sure to fill everyone’s cup before running inside! Oh, and the machine should be covered and unplugged in heavy downpours. Please be safe so as not to harm the machine or harm your guests using the machine.
What type of electrical connection do I need?
You will need one 15-amp circuit for each machine. What this means is that each machine must have one standard household outlet (set of two plug-ins) to itself. The electrical circuit is what runs every outlet in that room or area. These machines are small refrigerators and so if more than one machine are plugged into the same circuit, the circuit breaker will most likely trip. We usually recommend plugging one machine in the outlet on the patio and one machine into a kitchen/dining outlet inside the door.
How much ice do I need to buy to make these drinks?
None. The machine takes care of everything. Well, OK you will need to provide the water to mix the concentrate with, and the alcohol if you choose to add it.
Should I refrigerate the alcohol before the machines are delivered?
You certainly can. This will help the Mix freeze more quickly. Then you can begin to enjoy your frozen beverages sooner!
Are these machines easy to use?
Absolutely! Once the Mix is slushy, your guests just pull the handle to fill their glass with the tastiest frozen drink they have ever had! (well, you asked!) To refill the machine, just shake the mixing jug full of water and Mix, and pour into the top of the machine. It may be heavy to pour so we recommend asking for a helper.
How far in advance should I reserve my machine(s) for my party?
Two or three weeks is usually sufficient. However, popular holidays such as Cinco de Mayo, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Halloween, New Years and the Super Bowl require reservations up to two months in advance. It is better to call early and have your machine reserved. Putting a deposit down will guarantee your date.
Does Blender Splendor provide or sell Alcohol?
We DO NOT provide any alcohol.
I want one of these machines for my home/business. Can I buy one from Blender Splendor?
Yes. Blender Splendor sells frozen beverage machines. Please see our Sales and Lease page for more information. We also provide the Mix to go in the machines! The Mix will work in your blender too!
How much Mix should I order for my party?
One Mix will make about 50 12oz. drinks. One Mix is great for a party of about 20 – 25 people. Most people will have 2 – 3 drinks. Our sales representative can help you and remember, Blender Splendor always leaves an extra Mix. You pay for any extra Mix used/opened when we pick-up the machines. So if a few unexpected guests show up, don’t worry, you will always have plenty of drinks.

Blender Splendor is located in Boise, Idaho.
What is the free Blender Splendor delivery area?
The Free Delivery Area is as follows:
North Boundary: Emmett, Idaho
South Boundary: Kuna, Idaho
East Boundary: Columbia Village
West Boundary: Caldwell, Idaho
Anything outside of this area is subject to our delivery charge of $0.49 per mile each way. The "Free Area" is generally with-in 25 miles, one-way, from Blender Splendor, which is located near Eagle, Idaho. If you have any questions about delivery charges, please contact us for exact details for your specific delivery.

My party has been canceled, how can I cancel my machine rental?
You can change or cancel the rental up to 72 hours before the rental date. Your deposit will hold your changed date, if available. If you cancel your rental up to 72 hours before the party date, we will refund your deposit. If you cancel with-in 72-hours of your rental, Blender Splendor will require 50% of the total balance due to be paid. We will apply your deposit to that balance. If you don’t call us and cancel, the total balance will be due. Unconfirmed email/telephone message does NOT constitute sufficient cancellation.
I was held up and did not show up for the delivery appointment, what happens now?
At Blender Splendor we pride ourselves on being flexible. If you find yourself in a tight spot, simply give us a telephone call and I am sure we can work something out. However, if we have already made the trip to the delivery location and there is no one available to sign for the machine you will be charged a No Show Fee of $15.00. This fee and any additional fees will be collected at delivery drop off.
How old do I have to be to rent one of these great machines?
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to sign the rental agreement with Blender Splendor.
What if my friends book Blender Splendor after attending my party?
We love referrals!! When you send us four (4) booked rentals, you get a free rental!
